Refund policy

Everything in this store is made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Check the size guide on each product before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, get in touch through the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You will get a replacement or a refund.

Parcels that come back because the address was wrong or the delivery went unclaimed can be sent again at your cost.
